Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Skylorise collects when you use the campus talent app, and how we use it. It is not the in-app privacy settings page (who can message or comment on you).

What we collect

Account data: email, handle, display name, campus, avatar, and bio. Session cookies keep you signed in. Content you upload (clips, captions, comments) and engagement (likes, follows, reports) is stored to run the product. Payments are processed by a provider; we store ledger amounts, references, and payout method details needed to settle earnings - not your full card number.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, show the feed and profiles, moderate safety, operate Credits and earnings, send optional push notifications you enable, and improve reliability. Staff with moderator or admin roles can see operational metrics and review queues. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Public profiles, clips you publish, and names on comments are visible to other users. We use infrastructure processors (hosting, object storage, email delivery, payments) under contract. We may disclose information when required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Retention and choices

We keep account and ledger records as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal duties. You can edit profile details in the app. You may request account closure through support. Some financial records are retained after closure.
