Terms of Service

Skylorise is a mobile-web platform for discovering and supporting Nigerian campus talent. These terms govern your use of the site, including feed, profiles, uploads, Credits, battles, and related features.

Accounts

You sign in with an email verification code. You are responsible for activity on your account. Handles must not impersonate others or violate campus or community rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, evade moderation, or attempt fraud.

Content

You keep rights in clips and comments you post. You grant Skylorise a licence to host, transcode, display, and distribute that content on the service. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share, including illegal content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or our safety rules.

Credits and payments

Fan Credits are a closed-loop, spend-only in-app balance used for tips, votes, unlocks, and similar features. Credits are not cash, crypto, or a redeemable store of value. Creator earnings are a separate payable balance. Payment collection uses a third-party provider; charges, refunds, and payouts follow that provider’s process plus our ledger rules.

Reporting and safety

You can report clips and accounts. We review reports and automated flags. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or timeline. Do not use reports to harass others.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Features, campuses, and campaigns may change. We are not liable for lost goodwill, lost Credits from abuse of your device, or outages outside our reasonable control.
